You're welcome. These sermons are good, but there is more material that goes with them. First there is the book _Big God_ by Britt Merrick, on which the sermons are based. Then there is the book _Making Peace_ by Jim Van Yperen, about conflict within churches. The two overlap, but the latter goes deeper into the heart of the matter. I've never read anything quite like it, and I have read a fair number of books on this subject.
